Another way:
There is a way to create such a folder. To do this, you need to have either Word 2000 or Word XP. The steps are as follows:
Open MS Word. From the file menu select New. In Word 2000, the templates applet pops up. In Word XP, you have to select General Templates from the task pane to see the Templates applet. From there select the tab named Web Pages. There you can see something called Web Page Wizard. Select it and click on the OK button. Now, the Web Page Wizard fires up taking you through a 7 step procedure to build a web site. On the “Title and Location‿ option there is an option for putting the location of the web site. Here type D:Con . After pressing Next five times you will have a folder named con on your D drive. Similarly, you can create folders with any name including com1, com2 etc
